Cargo Shipping Within Türkiye
Your orders are shipped from our warehouses in Turkey. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on the content of your order and your delivery address and will be displayed during payment.
International Cargo Shipping
We offer shipping services to over 200 countries. The shipping fee appropriate for your order will be determined automatically during payment.
We cannot deliver to certain areas. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
Lost/Missing Packages
- Wrong Address: Veropack is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered during ordering. We recommend that you check the accuracy of your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order.
- Our Errors: If the error is ours , we undertake to resend your order at no additional cost .
Customs Procedures and Taxes
- Veropack is not responsible for any customs fees that may occur after your order .
- By purchasing your products, you acknowledge that your order may be shipped in multiple packages and may incur additional customs fees in your destination country.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 days
- This period does not include customs clearance or logistics delays.
Cargo Tracking Information
- When your order is shipped , you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may not always be available for some shipping options.
My Tracking Information Says "Information Not Available at This Time"?
- For some cargo companies, tracking information is updated within 1-3 business days .
- If it has been 7 business days since your order was shipped and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
Will My Products Be Shipped in a Single Package?
- For logistical reasons, items within the same order may be shipped in multiple packages .
- Even if you request that all products be shipped in one package, this may not always be possible due to logistics processes.
