Special Production Boxes
Returns are not accepted for specially produced boxes.
General Return Policy
Under our 30-day return policy , you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to be returned, the product must be unused, with tags on and in its original packaging . In addition, an invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.
Please note that if the product is damaged or does not match the description , return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items, custom-made items and gift cards cannot be returned .
To initiate a return, contact us at info@veropack.com . Once your return request is approved, we will share instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products
Check your order immediately when you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.
Changes
To get the product you want as quickly as possible, return the existing product and purchase the new product in a separate order after your return request is approved.
Refund
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved . If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method . It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
