By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts that he/she assumes the obligation to pay the price of the order and additional costs (e.g. shipping, tax) and that he/she has been informed about this.

Definitions

The terms used in this Agreement have the following meanings:

  • MINISTER : Minister of Customs and Trade.
  • MINISTRY : Ministry of Customs and Trade.
  • LAW : Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
  • REGULATION : Distance Contracts Regulation.
  • SERVICE : Consumer transactions performed for a fee other than the provision of goods.
  • SELLER : Kosa Group Packaging LTD .
  • BUYER : Person who acquires, uses or benefits from goods or services for purposes other than commercial or professional.
  • SITE : Veropack's website ( www.veropack.com ) .
  • ORDERER : Person who orders goods or services through the SELLER's website.
  • PARTIES : SELLER and BUYER .
  • CONTRACT : This contract.
  • GOODS : Movable goods subject to sale.

Subject of the Contract

This Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The advertised prices are valid until updated.

Order Information

7.1. Product Details:
The basic features of the products (type, number, brand/model, color) are specified on the SELLER's website .

7.2. Prices:
Prices announced on the site are valid sales prices. Prices with a specified campaign period are only valid for the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payment:
Total sales price including all taxes is as follows:

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address along with the order.

General Provisions

9.1. Approval and Acceptance:
BUYER accepts that he/she has read and understood the basic features, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the product he/she ordered on the website and has given the necessary approval electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time:
Each product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER's address within 30 days at the latest from the date the order is received .

9.3. Delivery and Shipping Fees:
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER . However, if the SELLER declares on the website that the shipping fee will be his/her responsibility, in this case the shipping fee will be covered by the SELLER.

9.4. BUYER'S Responsibilities:
Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER . If the product is delivered to another person/organization specified by the BUYER, this delivery is deemed to be completed.

9.5. SELLER'S Responsibilities:
SELLER is obliged to deliver the ordered products completely, intact and in accordance with the order .

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the order to him/her or to the person/organization he/she has indicated.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal:

  • The notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing to the SELLER's e-mail address .
  • The product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 days, complete and undamaged, together with its invoice .
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the BUYER.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Special products produced according to the BUYER's personal preferences .
  • Products requiring hygiene (underwear, cosmetics, disposable products).
  • Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons .

Default and Legal Consequences

In case of payment by credit card, the BUYER accepts to pay interest in accordance with the contract with the bank and is responsible for the obligations of the bank.

Competent Court

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction was carried out are competent.

Force

This Agreement shall enter into force after being approved electronically by the BUYER when the order payment is completed.

The Parties have accepted this Agreement electronically and undertake to comply with its provisions.
