Custom-Made Boxes

Returns are not accepted for custom-made boxes.

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note, unless the product is damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items, custom-made products, or gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Veropack.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
